This New Year, Resolve to Think More Rationally
Can thinking more rationally cure your anxiety and depression? Somewhat ironically, can it help you to live more intuitively and wholeheartedly? Dr. Allison Sheesley explains the in's and out's of cognitive behavior therapy and just how irrational we all are.

Boomer vs. Millennial - Strength vs. Longevity
The two doctors (one a millennial, one a boomer) will discuss and argue different generational takes on cell biology, and how it helps us know how growth and strength play off of longevity. They will then come to an agreement on how we can 'hack' the system to maximize both.

Science! A Decade in Review
Dr. Door Guy is back to talk about what's happened this past decade in science. He's not an expert in any of it, but he's going to act like it. Plus, he's got a Ph.D. so he's qualified, right?

As always, a huge thanks to our photography partners From the Hip Photo, our crafty friends at The Craft Box, and the best venue in Denver, The Bug Theatre!
