The 3rd Annual Passenger Transportation Summit will be held on May 12, 2016, at the Iowa Valley Continuing Education Conference Center, 3702 South Center Street, Marshalltown, Iowa. The event is planned to start at 9:30 a.m. (registration begins at 9:00 a.m.) and end at 2:15 p.m.
Highlights include a presentation by the Iowa DOT Planning, Programming, and Modal Division Director, Stuart Anderson; keynote presentation by Dr. Gwo-Wei Torng with the Federal Transit Administration's Office of Research, Demonstration and Innovation; concurrent sessions on Volunteer Transportation, Employment Transportation, Planning for Passenger Transportation, and the State Long-Range Transportation Plan; and presentations on LifeLong Links and Iowa's new RideShare app.
